Sarah M
Sarah has worked for Saffron Insurance Services Ltd for over 20 years. She started as a junior and is now responsible for managing the building societies insurance team as well as dealing with customer enquiries. Highly experienced in all types of general insurance, she is also a specialist in high value and non standard homes. With a passion for insurance, Sarah is fully fluent in insurance terms, which she is able to translate for customers with the greatest of ease.
In her spare time Sarah loves the outdoors life, she enjoys spending time walking in the countryside and riding her horses - although mucking them out each morning means Sarah has a bracing start to the day!
Karen G
Karen is a true advocate of Saffron Building Society, she has worked in Saffron Direct and over the last few years in the insurance division. For over 9 years Karen has helped many of its members who come back year after year to especially ask her to organise their insurances. Karen receives many words of praise from satisfied customers pleased with the level of service given.
Working full time and being a mum does not give Karen a lot of time for hobbies. When she gets a moment she'll catch soaps or watch her fianc£ play football. Although she does manage to squeeze in reading bridal magazines and planning her wedding next year.
Frank W
Frank recently joined Saffron Insurance Services Ltd as an Account Handler. On leaving school Frank joined the Royal Navy. This allowed him to visit America and Europe in the early nineties. After spending time in Manchester working for an insurance company, Frank has returned to Saffron Walden and now happy being back in the insurance industry
Married with two young children Frank spends most of his free time taking care of his family which ensures he is always busy. When he can, Frank pursues his interest in history and spending time outdoors.
Francis W
Francis graduated with a law degree in 2010 then started a career in insurance. He recently joined Saffron Insurance Services Ltd as a Trainee Account Handler and has a passion for insurance.
A keen sportsman, particularly football, Francis is an active member of a five-a-side football team and supports "the greatest team Manchester United"! Francis is very enthusiastic about cars and up until recently used to go to car shows around the UK such as Max power and Redline events and also used to attend Santa pod race way weekends in August.
